Boiler desuperheating water control valve is a kind of anti-aircraft multi-stage throttle control valve. This valve can be used in large and medium-sized generating units to control the flow rate of desuperheating water required by the temperature of main steam and reheat steam of boilers. It is one of the key control valves in power plants.

The desuperheating water regulating valve adopts cascade structure. The purpose of the fluid passing through the curved channel is to consume energy, reduce the flow rate and prevent the liquid from cavitating.

The pressure of the fluid is reduced step by step, the direction of the fluid is constantly changed, the flow resistance is increased, the flow velocity is controlled, and the air damage is prevented.
Multi stage throttling: 4-stage throttling for large flow and 5-stage throttling for small flow. In order to reduce the erosion of the valve core surface by the fluid.
The throttling surface is separated from the sealing surface. The surface of the valve core and the valve core sleeve are hardened. The hardness is about HRC70. It is tightly closed and has long service life.
There is a big gap on the surface of the valve core, and the fluid contains 2-3mm solid particles such as welding slag. The valve core will not be stuck, and the action is flexible.
