Main steam trap

The main steam trap is a high pressure differential control valve, which is suitable for the main steam and reheat steam pipe drainage system of thermal power plant. To control the high temperature and high pressure saturation water, the high temperature steam trap can be either electric or pneumatic, or manual operation. It is one of the key valves of large thermal power generating units.
The main advantages of high temperature steam trap are as follows:
The two-stage throttle plug blocks the flow, and the throttling surface is separated from the sealing surface. According to the drainage flow rate, different throttling elements are set. The surface of the main parts in the valve is hardened, and the hardness can reach HRC70. It is tightly closed and has long service life.
The valve body assembly adopts self internal pressure sealing structure, the greater the pressure difference, the better the sealing performance.
The valve body assembly is connected with the actuator in a floating way. It can eliminate the jamming phenomenon caused by the valve core and the push rod are not concentric.
